A clear scope. A useful next step.

  • Review of your brief and available land information
  • Site visit, with location and travel agreed in advance
  • Preliminary observations on access, drainage, utilities and visible site constraints
  • House-model or project-scope recommendations
  • Indicative budget range and a written next-step checklist

Fees agreed before you commit

The introductory qualification call is free. Paid work is quoted for your location, scope and reporting requirements. Any travel charges and applicable taxes are identified in the proposal.

Surveys, geotechnical investigations, detailed engineering design, approval fees and construction are separate unless expressly included. Preliminary observations do not establish ground-bearing capacity or certify the site.

How it works

1. Share your project

Tell us your location, budget, timing and available information.

2. Agree the service

Review the written scope, fee, deliverables and timing before accepting.

3. Decide with clarity

Receive the agreed output and discuss your next step. Construction is commissioned separately.
