A clear scope. A useful next step.

  • Review of drawings, specifications and available site information
  • Cost breakdown at an agreed level of detail
  • Material, labour, plant and transport allowances appropriate to the brief
  • Pricing date, assumptions, exclusions and uncertainty explained
  • A written estimate and agreed review discussion

Fees agreed before you commit

The introductory qualification call is free. Paid work is quoted for your location, scope and reporting requirements. Any travel charges and applicable taxes are identified in the proposal.

Detailed design, surveys, specialist investigations and approval submissions are included only where expressly agreed. Estimates and programmes are decision-support documents, not a fixed construction quotation, permit approval or guaranteed completion date. Deliverables, staff availability and turnaround are confirmed for each assignment.

How it works

1. Share your project

Tell us your location, budget, timing and available information.

2. Agree the service

Review the written scope, fee, deliverables and timing before accepting.

3. Decide with clarity

Receive the agreed output and discuss your next step. Construction is commissioned separately.

Your details will be emailed to Eco-SMART, and an acknowledgement will be sent to your email address. We use this information to respond to your project enquiry. A private enquiry reference and service category help us track follow-up; contact details remain in our email correspondence.

This requests a proposal, not a confirmed booking. Scope, availability, fee, travel costs and payment terms will be agreed in writing before paid work begins.
